Site planning a quality project, which provided engineering sensitive to the environment, coupled with the experienced Smith Craft development team fulfilled Local Land Use Boards regulations as well as all State and Federal agency requirements. Oxford Greens is currently Connecticut largest residential for sale development with homes being built and sold by the Del Webb Division of Pulte Homes of New England.
